Fun Foundations

Play-based classes centered on general movement, where kids develop motor skills, coordination, and confidence through fun activities and obstacle courses!

  • 0-1 yrs

    A fun way to bond with your little one while getting active and socializing with other new parents! It’s a great mix of playful exercise, quality time, and a chance to connect with others on the same journey!

  • 1-2 yrs

    Playful, interactive classes for 1-2 year olds that help develop foundational movement skills, coordination, and stability in a safe and nurturing environment!

  • 2-4 yrs

    Dynamic classes for 2-4 year olds that promote physical development through group activities. These classes enhance movement skills, balance, and coordination through games and obstacle courses, encouraging children to build confidence and socialize with peers!

Action Adventures

Focused, sport-based programs where kids develop skills like tumbling, ninja moves, or team sports—while building teamwork and coordination.

  • 2-4 yrs

    A play based sports focused class for 2-4 year olds. Each week, we’ll dive into a new sport—like soccer or tennis—where your little ones can run, jump, and play, all while discovering new skills!

  • 2-4 yrs

    Designed for kids ages 2-4, this class focuses on basic gymnastics skills in a safe, supportive environment. Through playful activities and age-appropriate exercises, children will develop coordination, balance, and strength.

  • 4-6 yrs

    For kids ages 4-6, this action-packed program features unique obstacle challenges and beginner parkour skills. Participants will navigate fun courses that enhance strength, balance, and coordination while building confidence and focus.
