Yes! We host sensory hours every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 1pm - 3pm where we play ambient music and reduce noise as much as possible.
We also love including all kiddos in our coached classes, and would be happy to talk to you about the best class for your kiddo based on their abilities! Just give us a call for more guidance.

It depends! We are typically comfortable allowing kids outside of the advertised age bracket into classes, but we would love to talk with you more about your kiddo’s abilities to ensure they can adequately participate and enjoy themselves!

All kinds! We are open to so much more than birthday parties. We can host any kind of private events where parents would enjoy themselves while their kiddos run around!
Field trips, private classes, after school sports training, you name it! Send us an email or text with details about your private event and we’ll coordinate accordingly!

It’s not mandatory to make a reservation for the playground, however we do recommend that you make a reservation on snowy days and school closures as we often reach capacity quickly!

Sounds like they are ready for our amazing Mini Movers classes! These classes for one to two year olds are an elevated version of the guided play you experience in Mommy & Me, with obstacle courses, group play time, and more! These classes occur every day of the week besides Thursdays and Sundays. Sign up now!

Although we reserve the classroom area for our Kickin’ It Classes, we do have the classroom open from 1pm - 3pm Monday through Wednesday and all day Thursday until 5pm. We will also open this up sporadically when classes aren’t taking place or we don’t have birthday parties booked!

To cancel your membership at Kickin’ It Kids Gym please fill out this form with more than 30 days notice. If you submit your request with less than 30 days notice, $75 Late Withdrawal Fee will apply.

At Kickin' It Kids Gym, memberships are billed every four weeks, and members are responsible for keeping their payment information up to date. For those purchasing a 10-pack of sessions, please note that these must be used within six months of the purchase date and are non-transferable. Cancellations require a 30-day written notice before the next billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for unused sessions after the expiration period.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, you need to use Wellness Living or the Kickin’ It Kids app to select early cancel. This will reinstate your class credit. Class credits must be used during the current billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle.

30 days to 48 hours before the event: $250 deposit retained; remainder refunded.
Within 48 hours of the event: No refund; 100% of payment retained.
